Headquartered in Chengdu Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Dowell operates modern intelligent production bases in Xinjin (Chengdu), Jinshan (Shanghai), Hefei (Anhui), and beyond. These facilities cover a total area of approximately 180,000 square meters, with an annual capacity of 130,000 tons. Notably, our Xinjin digital plant—China’s first intelligent manufacturing facility for leather chemicals—is designed to Industry 4.0 standards. Recognized by the China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, it features smart core equipment and refined production management, earning a spot on the “2021 Pilot Demonstration List for Integration of Next-Gen IT and Manufacturing.”
In recent years, while strengthening our core business, we have expanded into diversified sectors through the establishment of three new divisions: Intelligent Equipment , Plastic Products and Speciality Electronic Materials. With the steady growth of these business units, Dowell has begun to demonstrate the framework of a "core business with multi-wing expansion" development model, showing stable and positive momentum.
To align with global trends, Dowell is actively expanding overseas markets. Currently, we are establishing a factory and operational center in Cambodia to better serve international clients, enhance new quality productive forces,and integrate into the "dual circulation" development pattern .This initiative underscores our region-based global strategy.
